This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with qualified prospects within the designated sales territory.
• Develop and uphold a regional territory plan that highlights key markets and targets.
• Discover business opportunities through thorough research, qualification, and exploration.
• Foster relationships to build trust and position products as effective solutions that address customer needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with Application Consultants to deliver customized presentations that highlight product differentiators.
• Sustain existing client relationships by providing ongoing guidance, recommendations, and insights on industry best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
• Enhance professional and technical expertise through workshops, publications, networks, and professional organizations.
• Keep a precise and organized Salesforce.com pipeline for weekly reviews with the Vice President of Sales.
• Set clear expectations with prospects regarding solutions, installation/training procedures, and product support.
• Adhere to company policies concerning pre-configurations, proposals, and contracts.
• Manage sales-related expenses collaboratively with the Vice President of Sales to optimize territory profitability.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Sales.
• 3-5 years of experience in consultative software sales.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing annual sales quotas.
• Experience in solution selling is preferred.
• Background in the Hospitality Industry is advantageous.
• Capability to conduct sales presentations that highlight benefits in relation to the needs of prospects.
• General familiarity with Windows and MS Office applications.
• Ability to grasp technical details concerning computer hardware and third-party software products.
• Proficient in working independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Motivation to improve personal performance through self-directed learning.
• High level of confidentiality regarding Jonas Chorum and customer business.
• Willingness to travel; 60% travel required.
