This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Meet portfolio objectives by acquiring new clients where assistance is required from the ACMA team.
• Formulate effective sales strategies across all distribution channels.
• Secure new customers using personal leads and prospect lists as outlined in the WA Marketing plan.
• Execute local marketing initiatives with the support of Market Management for event coordination.
• Monitor sales activities in CRM systems, including Copernicus and pipeline management tools.
• Oversee prospecting and customer acquisition from opportunity qualification to business implementation and Master Agreement signing.
• Evaluate prospect needs and develop comprehensive profiles using the New Sales Architecture.
• Analyze risk appetite and capacity for potential World Programs in collaboration with the Risk Organization.
• Establish precheck strategies and negotiate proposals in compliance with commercial underwriting guidelines, authority regulations, and standards.
• Identify and confirm commercial terms, conditions, and pricing; prepare offers that incorporate precheck outcomes.
• Draft and formalize Master Agreements and facilitate program implementation.
• Enforce group-wide quality-of-service standards.
• Support existing brokers according to broker segmentation.
• Collaborate with Risk, Central Team, Account Managers, WA teams, and Group initiatives.
• Utilize commercial underwriting standards to maintain portfolio profitability and quality.
• Lead, manage, and train Sales Support to uphold program acquisition and implementation standards.
• Acquire new clients and foster strong relationships with brokers and customers.
• In-depth knowledge of the credit insurance sector, including products and regulations.
• Comprehensive understanding of regional and multinational market characteristics.
• Proficient in managing multidimensional channels.
• Exceptional ability to cultivate extensive networks with key market players and opinion leaders.
• Strong negotiation skills with customers to achieve desired results.
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to meet challenging goals through organization and personal motivation.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Effective communication skills across all mediums (e.g., email, phone) and at all organizational levels within a multicultural environment.
• Ability to navigate a matrix structure efficiently.
• Proficient knowledge of basic IT systems (e.g., MS Word, Excel) and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Expert proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Capacity to generate new business opportunities and turn them into profitable, long-term relationships.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and enthusiasm for learning and integrating AI into everyday business practices.
• Familiarity with Generative Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, AI, Data Analysis, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT.
