This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support within the region for the designated Regional Sales Manager.
• Address market-level requirements and serve as a connection to Territory Managers.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities and maintaining customer interactions.
• Ensure that shipments are fulfilled and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Gain an understanding of the install base for warranty, trade-up, and expansion prospects.
• Enhance the quality and volume of CRM data utilizing knowledge of the install base.
• Identify key decision-makers, budgetary constraints, and timelines to boost sales-team follow-ups.
• Establish and nurture relationships through both initial and follow-up communications.
• Facilitate the progression of opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with management to develop and expand the sales pipeline while achieving revenue targets.
• Manage client information in Salesforce.com, including logging communications, ensuring data accuracy, and attaching relevant documents.
• Prepare and evaluate reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer support, as well as coverage for open territories or Territory Managers on vacation.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Associates Degree or substantial relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of Sales Experience.
• Preferred experience with CRM systems; Salesforce.com is highly recommended.
• Demonstrated capability to meet and/or exceed established lead/sales and activity quotas.
• Proven history of maintaining strong client relationships.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding client service abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Goal-driven individual.
• Team-oriented, able to earn the confidence and trust of the Direct Purchase and Field Sales teams.
• Effective telephone communication skills.
• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
• High affinity for technology.
• Compliance with vendor credentialing requirements at the facility, including vaccine mandates where applicable.
