Regional Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of global learning events.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Oversee the delivery of virtual, hybrid, and on-site events.

• Handle event operations and address any issues that arise during live execution.

• Identify, mitigate, and communicate potential project risks.

• Assess event outcomes and propose continuous improvement strategies.

• Act as the main operational contact for senior client stakeholders.

• Foster and sustain collaborative relationships with customers and internal teams.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership regarding operations.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among global and regional teams.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Learning Administrators, Event Coordinators, and project teams.

• Delegate responsibilities while maintaining accountability and ensuring excellence in delivery.

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development activities.

• Enhance and implement operational processes, procedures, and best practices.

• Drive efficiencies and foster innovation in program delivery.

• Ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for customers and learners.

• Provide on-site event support during a major five-week event period from July to early August.

• Lead operational delivery and support teams on-site.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Program Management or Project Management.

• Experience in delivering large-scale learning, training, conference, or event programs.

• Strong background in managing virtual, hybrid, and on-site events.

• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and team management.

• Strong skills in stakeholder and client relationship management.

• Experience in managing budgets, resources, timelines, and multiple workstreams.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment.

• Preferred: Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) program management.

• Preferred: Experience in global event delivery.

• Preferred: Background in professional services, consulting, or the training industry.

• Preferred: Involvement in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Regular travel is required.

• Enhanced DBS Check is required.

• A Credit Check is required.

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

• Flexibility in start and finish times is available.

• Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary.
