This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage a designated territory as a case manager.
• Continuously oversee assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, case documentation, database usage, information accuracy, and telephone communications.
• Engage in client consultations and collaborative sessions with the manager, or in the absence of the manager.
• Assess training requirements and provide refresher training as needed.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new personnel.
• Identify necessary modifications to databases, protocols, and processes.
• Facilitate daily and ongoing communication regarding client-related projects.
• Offer support and coverage for the manager as required.
• Compile and prepare client reports.
• Report any adverse events to the appropriate units or departments.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary.
• Postsecondary education or its equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a related industry.
• Proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
• RN/RPN licensure is a plus.
• Experience in project management is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution sector.
• Strong business acumen and financial insight.
• Exceptional analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with effective interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
• Capacity to adapt to change and acquire new skills.
• Proficient in presentation techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
