
Regional Portfolio Expansion and Delivery Excellence Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist countries in pinpointing and evaluating promising program expansion opportunities that align with labor market demands and Generation's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with regional program and business development leaders to perform market evaluations and discover new impactful programs.
• Assess employer demand, sustainability, learner interest, feasibility, and the requirements for implementing new programs.
• Examine implementation work plans and readiness assessments, initially concentrating on Colombia.
• Facilitate cross-country learning and sharing of best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations to regional portfolio strategies and forthcoming program investments.
• Aid in identifying and developing 4–5 promising new regional programs targeted for potential launch in 2027.
• Oversee LatAm country operations using breadth, depth, and durability indicators.
• Engage in quarterly reviews of regional performance.
• Analyze dashboards and performance reports to detect risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist country CEOs and leadership teams with action plans aimed at enhancing delivery quality and learner outcomes.
• Encourage uniform performance management processes, tools, and reporting standards across affiliates.
• Collaborate on practices for measuring impact and tracking outcomes.
• Ensure data quality and completion among affiliates and support corrective actions.
• Monitor regional demographic and employment outcome targets.
• Review, analyze, and synthesize regional performance data.
• Prepare executive summaries, performance updates, and recommendations for both regional and global leadership.
• Share key insights and operational learnings throughout the region.
• Experienced Lead or Manager-level professional with robust project and stakeholder management expertise.
• Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with utilizing data and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiencies and inform decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of program implementation, impact assessment, and performance management.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities, capable of engaging senior leaders across various countries.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mission-driven, highly collaborative, and adept at functioning in a regional, matrixed environment.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
• Opportunity for part-time secondment.
• Duration of 6 months for the secondment.
• Expected commitment of approximately 1 day per week (20% time allocation).
• Regular interaction with regional and country teams.
• Monthly progress updates provided to the Global CEO.
