This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
β’ Cultivate and oversee relationships with both new and existing host employers to facilitate placements across various program offerings within a designated territory.
β’ Identify, recruit, and assist host families and local coordinators to provide housing solutions for Summer Work and Travel participants.
β’ Implement outreach strategies to connect with prospective host employers, renew current accounts, and broaden placement opportunities.
β’ Maintain a robust sales pipeline and surpass individual sales and placement objectives.
β’ Offer consultative support to host employers regarding hiring strategies, workforce planning, and program utilization.
β’ Manage host employer accounts, fulfill commitments, and pinpoint growth and retention opportunities.
β’ Assist in the planning and execution of community events focused on hosts.
β’ Monitor and report on sales activities, placement outcomes, and account performance; adjust outreach and engagement strategies as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with compliance, participant services, and internal teams to ensure host satisfaction, participant success, and program quality.
β’ Proactively address host employer and participant needs while resolving challenges.
β’ Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the placement lifecycle.
β’ Provide a gold-standard experience for hosts, participants, host families, and community partners through proactive communication, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ A minimum of 3β5 years of demonstrated sales success is required.
β’ Experience in B2B and human capital solutions is preferred.
β’ Ability to derive conclusions and formulate strategies based on metrics.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
β’ Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
β’ A proactive mindset and a preference for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Capacity to collaborate with remote field staff.
β’ Proficient in investigating and analyzing information, drawing conclusions, and efficiently solving problems.
β’ Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and a team player.
β’ Comfort with ambiguity and a good sense of humor.
β’ Required technological proficiency; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams is preferred.
