
Regional Placement Coordinator – Summer Work and Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Cultivate and oversee relationships with both new and existing host employers to facilitate placements across various program offerings within a designated territory.
• Identify, recruit, and assist host families and local coordinators in providing housing solutions for participants of the Summer Work and Travel program.
• Implement outreach strategies to engage potential host employers, renew current accounts, and broaden placement opportunities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and surpass individual sales and placement objectives.
• Offer consultative support to host employers on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and effective program utilization.
• Manage accounts by fostering relationships with host employers, ensuring commitments are fulfilled, and spotting growth and retention opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing community events focused on hosts.
• Monitor and report on sales activity, placement outcomes, and account performance; modify outreach and engagement strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with compliance, participant services, and other internal departments to guarantee host satisfaction, participant success, and program quality.
• Address host employer and participant inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive program experience.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the placement lifecycle.
• Provide an exemplary experience for hosts, participants, host families, and community partners through proactive communication and customer service, as measured by NPS and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales success is required.
• Experience in B2B and human capital solutions is preferred.
• Ability to derive conclusions and develop strategies based on metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail are required.
• Proactive attitude and a preference for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to collaborate with remote field staff.
• Ability to investigate and analyze information to make efficient conclusions and solve problems.
• Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Capacity to tolerate ambiguity and possess a sense of humor.
• Proficiency in technology is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams is preferred.

• Must be able to work from Massachusetts.
