Regional Partner Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Assist Vehicle Delivery Partners in delivering vehicles to customers.

• Oversee the onboarding process, performance management, and continuous support of Delivery Partners.

• Establish a high-performing network of delivery partners.

• Foster collaborative relationships that promote operational excellence, partner satisfaction, and customer delight.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Delivery Partners and Slate’s internal cross-functional teams.

• Address vehicle and delivery issues while driving decision-making to enhance delivery effectiveness.

• Develop and track performance metrics for Delivery Partners.

• Proactively resolve operational challenges and implement cost-effective solutions.

• Validate and approve monthly invoices from Delivery Partners against internal records.

• Monitor monthly actual costs against planned budgets and recommend process improvements to reduce expenses.

• Execute vehicle and material inventory reporting and cycle counting programs.

• Support Delivery Partners with necessary vehicle repairs prior to customer delivery.

• Report to the Partner Operations Manager and collaborate with Fulfillment, Logistics, Service, Accessories, and other internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience may be accepted as a substitute.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle delivery and/or automotive distribution, ideally with direct involvement with OEMs or Dealers.

• Demonstrated success in managing relationships with third-party service providers.

• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in start-up environments.

• Knowledge of warehousing practices, material management, business planning, and financial implications.

• Ability to work collaboratively with external partners and internal teams.

• Capacity to effectively represent and promote the Slate brand.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and Project Management tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Capability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods.

• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
