This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
• Collaborate with local General/Line Managers to evaluate, mentor, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Execute regional cost-containment initiatives aimed at boosting gross margins and center EBITDA.
• Perform ticket analysis and ensure adherence to timecard regulations, overtime, labor efficiency, dispatch efficiency, and technician utilization.
• Uphold standardized multi-trade flat-rate pricing guides and evaluate Pricebook Pro services and tasks.
• Manage warehouse controls, truck stock, replenishment, inventory audits, and vendor relationships.
• Guarantee compliance with the SoOps operational blueprint across dispatching, sales, and service functions.
• Enforce 100% data accuracy within ServiceTitan for reliable regional reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Review diagnostic and installation quality standards to minimize recalls, rework, $0 jobs, and diagnostic-only tasks.
• Ensure completion of safety training, adherence to safety protocols, OSHA compliance checks, and EPA refrigerant documentation.
• Monitor GPS tracking and telematics data to promote safe driving, reduce fuel expenses, and mitigate vehicle liabilities.
• Conduct surprise multi-trade job site inspections to verify PPE usage and compliance with installation codes.
• Enforce a policy of collecting 100% payment upon job completion under a Cash on Delivery (COD) framework.
• Encourage technician adoption of consumer financing options.
• Collaborate with branch managers to address 30/60/90-day outstanding balances and optimize invoicing processes.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of multi-site operations experience or a demonstrated history of operational excellence, preferably within a home services environment.
• Proven ability to transform underperforming branches into profitable, compliant business units.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Capability to analyze P&L statements, identify margin losses, and implement corrective action plans.
• Strong leadership presence to effectively manage technician pushback and drive process acceptance.
• Advanced skills in ServiceTitan, fleet telematics, and real-time financial dashboards.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
• Competence to work autonomously and with integrity in a structured yet relaxed setting.
• Ability to patiently and empathetically assist others.
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
• Significant travel is necessary, including overnight stays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to stand, walk, and sit; to communicate in person and via telephone.
• Adept at using hands for typing, handling, or feeling objects or controls; able to reach with hands and arms.
• Capacity to occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 10 pounds.
