This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with local General/Line Managers to assess, mentor, and enhance operations without direct authority.
• Execute regional cost-saving strategies to boost gross margins and center EBITDA.
• Analyze ticket data and monitor adherence to timecards, overtime, labor efficiency, dispatch efficiency, and technician utilization.
• Enforce standardized multi-trade flat-rate pricing guides and review Pricebook Pro services and tasks.
• Manage warehouse controls, truck stock, replenishment, inventory counts, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with the SoOps operational blueprint across dispatching, sales, and service functions.
• Require 100% compliance with ServiceTitan data for accurate regional reporting and KPIs.
• Review diagnostic and installation quality protocols to minimize recalls, return work, $0 jobs, and diagnostic-only jobs.
• Implement safety training, safety protocols, OSHA compliance checks, and EPA refrigerant logging.
• Oversee GPS tracking and telematics to promote safe driving, lower fuel costs, and reduce vehicle liabilities.
• Conduct unannounced multi-trade job-site inspections to ensure PPE use and code-compliant installations.
• Enforce the collection of 100% payment upon job completion under the COD policy.
• Encourage technician participation in consumer financing programs.
• Collaborate with branch managers to address 30/60/90-day outstanding balances and optimize invoicing processes.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Over 5 years of experience in multi-site operations or a demonstrated history of operational excellence, preferably within a home services framework.
• Proven ability to transform underperforming branches into high-margin, compliant business units.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to analyze P&L statements, identify margin leakage, and implement corrective action plans.
• Strong leadership presence to manage technician resistance and drive process adoption.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceTitan, fleet telematics, and real-time financial dashboards.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Capable of organizing, prioritizing, and effectively managing time.
• Ability to work autonomously and with integrity in a structured yet relaxed setting.
• Ability to assist others with patience and empathy.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is necessary.
• Significant travel, including overnight trips, is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of performing tasks that require sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, typing, handling, reaching, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
