Regional Operations Manager – Drive, Parcel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for 15–20 sites within a designated U.S. region.

• Ensure that site procedures operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

• Design, implement, and execute projects aimed at process improvement.

• Enhance operational efficiencies while improving service quality and reliability.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with central teams to elevate customer experience on every order.

• Provide teams with the necessary tools, resources, and support to meet operational targets.

• Manage site operations through partnerships with third-party entities.

• Work together with internal and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager, Parcel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.

• Proven experience in managing leaders within an operations-focused environment.

• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in warehousing or logistics, ideally in the 3PL sector.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Capability to address problems from foundational principles.

• Ability to perform effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving startup settings.

• Skill in balancing everyday operational details with strategic planning.

• Internal applicants must meet internal mobility criteria.
