Regional Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Direct the operational implementation of innovative care models for CKD Medicare Advantage patients.

• Supervise a team of IKC RNs responsible for managing dialysis and CKD patients.

• Oversee two supervisors and provide support to non-clinical IKC care coordinators.

• Monitor quality and performance metrics, including STARs metrics.

• Assist with RN recruitment and supervise the onboarding process.

• Offer continuous clinical guidance and training to RNs.

• Drive clinical and operational strategies in collaboration with senior and cross-functional leadership.

• Manage Disease Management initiatives within the assigned market or geographical area.

• Analyze data to enhance patient care outcomes.

• Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide support to Regional Operations Supervisors.

• Handle HR activities for team members, including payroll, PTO, hiring, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and disciplinary measures.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and DaVita policies.

• Oversee risk management and quality assurance compliance.

• Meet quality and metric objectives in Integrated Kidney Care programs.

• Collaborate with IKC management, Regional Medical Directors, cross-functional teams, RNs, and others.

• Assess processes for cost efficiency and reduced operational expenses.

• Implement initiatives and evaluate their effects on outcomes.

• Prepare and submit performance reports and analyses for team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience leading and overseeing teams.

• Proven experience in achieving data-driven outcomes and process enhancements.

• Background in primary care and value-based care.

• Excellent communication skills related to medical management, operations, and business matters.

• Intermediate level computer skills.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• A home office with internet connectivity of at least 1MB upload and 1MB download speed.

• Willingness and ability to lead remotely from a home office.

• Capability to travel as necessary, including once per quarter within the market.

• Reside in MDT/PDT/CDT time zones.
