Regional Operations Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinic operations throughout a designated multi-state area.

• Ensure clinics operate efficiently, profitably, and maintain clinical excellence.

• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate high-performing clinic teams, including front desk staff, medical assistants, and sonographers.

• Collaborate with physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to create a synergistic clinical atmosphere.

• Convert strategic initiatives into actionable plans in the field, including clinic ramp-ups, staffing strategies, and patient engagement efforts.

• Take ownership of regional performance and organizational culture.

• Enhance the experiences of both patients and team members across various clinics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in multi-site operations within the healthcare sector.

• Deep understanding of clinic workflows, staffing models, and patient throughput.

• Demonstrated capability to drive regional performance, team development, and financial results.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree is preferred in Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline.

• Willingness and ability to travel regionally up to 70% of the time.

• Experience in clinic, outpatient, or practice-based operations is preferred.
