Regional Medical Manager, Ophthalmology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver relevant scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals and experts through personalized meetings and scientific conferences.

• Forge scientific collaborations aimed at enhancing patient care and advancing clinical research initiatives.

• Actively share information regarding drug safety.

• Relay details pertaining to clinical study projects.

• Support adherence to the principles of scientific integrity and practice.

• Engage in regional events and work collaboratively with both internal and external teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related scientific field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).

• Knowledge and/or experience in ophthalmology would be a significant advantage.

• A collaborative team player with a passion for cross-functional teamwork.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable organizing and participating in regional events.

• Strong proactive communication skills, including active listening, public speaking, persuasive abilities, clarity and conciseness, and adaptability in interactions with stakeholders at all levels.

• A solution-oriented approach with the capability to question existing practices.
