Regional Medical Manager – Ophthalmology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver relevant scientific and medical information tailored to the needs of experts through individual discussions and scientific gatherings.

• Establish scientific collaborations aimed at enhancing patient care and furthering clinical research.

• Actively convey information regarding drug safety matters.

• Share details related to clinical study initiatives.

• Reside within the designated territory, preferably in Nice, Marseille, or Lyon.

• Report directly to the MSL Manager within the Ophthalmology team and the Medical Affairs division.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).

• Knowledge and/or experience in ophthalmology is highly advantageous.

• Strong enthusiasm for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in organizing and engaging in regional events.

• Strong proactive communication skills, including active listening, public speaking, persuasive abilities, clarity, and brevity.

• Adaptability in interactions with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.

• A solution-oriented mindset, with the capability to challenge existing norms.
