Regional Medical Manager – Ophthalmology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver relevant scientific and medical information to specialists based on their specific needs through individual meetings and scientific gatherings.

• Establish scientific collaborations aimed at enhancing patient care and promoting clinical research.

• Actively communicate details concerning drug safety matters.

• Share information pertaining to clinical study initiatives.

• Ideally reside within the designated territory, specifically in Nice, Marseille, or Lyon.

• Report directly to the MSL Manager as a member of the Ophthalmology Medical Affairs team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related scientific field.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).

• Knowledge and/or experience in ophthalmology is a significant advantage.

• A passion for teamwork and collaboration across functions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in organizing and participating in regional events.

• Strong proactive communication abilities, including active listening, public speaking, persuasive skills, clarity, conciseness, and adaptability when engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to question the status quo.
