Regional Medical Manager – Ophthalmology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver relevant scientific and medical information tailored to the needs of experts through individual discussions and scientific gatherings.

• Forge scientific collaborations aimed at enhancing patient care and promoting clinical research initiatives.

• Actively convey information pertaining to drug safety.

• Share details related to clinical study projects.

• Uphold the principles of scientific integrity and practice.

• Engage in the planning and participation of regional events.

• Work in conjunction with the Medical Affairs team and both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related scientific field.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).

• Knowledge and/or experience in ophthalmology is advantageous.

• A strong enthusiasm for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in organizing and participating in regional events.

• Strong proactive communication skills, including active listening, confident public speaking, persuasive ability, and clarity in messaging.

• Capable of tailoring communication to stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.

• A solutions-oriented mindset with the capability to challenge existing norms.
