Regional Medical Manager – Ophthalmology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver relevant scientific and medical information tailored to the needs of experts through individual discussions and scientific gatherings.

• Establish scientific collaborations aimed at enhancing patient care and fostering advancements in clinical research.

• Actively disseminate information regarding drug safety and clinical study initiatives.

• Uphold the tenets of scientific practice and integrity.

• Engage in planning and participating in regional events.

• Report to the MSL Manager as a member of the Ophthalmology team within the Medical Affairs division.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).

• Specialized knowledge and/or experience in ophthalmology is highly advantageous.

• A passion for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in organizing and engaging in regional events.

• Strong proactive communication skills: including active listening, public speaking, persuasive abilities, clarity, and conciseness.

• Flexible in interactions with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.

• A solutions-oriented mindset with the capability to challenge established norms.
