Regional Medical Lead – Ophthalmology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver relevant scientific and medical information tailored to the needs of experts through one-on-one meetings and scientific conferences.

• Foster scientific collaborations aimed at enhancing patient care and promoting clinical research.

• Actively relay information concerning drug safety matters.

• Share insights related to clinical study initiatives.

• Uphold the standards of scientific rigor and integrity.

• Engage in regional events.

• Report directly to the MSL Manager within the Ophthalmology Medical Affairs team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a relevant scientific field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).

• Knowledge and/or experience in ophthalmology is highly desirable.

• A passion for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to organize and engage in regional events comfortably.

• Strong proactive communication skills: active listening, public speaking, persuasive ability, clarity and conciseness, and adaptability in interactions with stakeholders at all levels.

• Capacity to question the status quo while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
