Regional Medical Lead – Ophthalmology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver timely and relevant scientific and medical information to meet the needs of experts through individual meetings and scientific gatherings.

• Forge scientific collaborations aimed at enhancing patient care and promoting clinical research initiatives.

• Actively share information pertaining to drug safety issues.

• Relay details regarding clinical study initiatives.

• Uphold the principles of scientific rigor and integrity in all activities.

• Engage in and contribute to regional events.

• Report directly to the MSL Manager within the Ophthalmology Medical Affairs division.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related scientific field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).

• Specialized knowledge or experience in ophthalmology is highly beneficial.

• Strong enthusiasm for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to organize and actively participate in regional events with ease.

• Strong proactive communication abilities, including active listening, public speaking, persuasive skills, clarity and conciseness, and adaptability when engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

• A solution-oriented mindset with the capability to challenge existing norms.
