This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee regional marketing initiatives from the planning phase to execution and retrospective analysis, encompassing program strategy, budget oversight, goal establishment, delivery, and performance assessment.
• Implement ABM and regional marketing efforts in collaboration with Sales and SDR teams.
• Handle daily decision-making, proactively mitigate risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Utilize Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com while enhancing processes and tools.
• Create and document AI-driven workflows for marketing operations, event implementation, and reporting.
• Integrate AI and automation into regional marketing initiatives and establish shared processes and best practices for the team.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Organize and oversee projects, establish timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and fulfill commitments.
• Mentor and support Associates, contractors, and other team members.
• Acquire knowledge of Grafana's go-to-market strategy, regional marketing programs, channels, vendors, and partners.
• 3-5 years of experience in field or regional marketing or events, including comprehensive program ownership.
• Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder management skills, with a consistent focus on detail.
• Independent proficiency in using Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in operationalizing AI within marketing tasks: reusable prompts, documented procedures, or simple automations.
• Familiarity with open-source go-to-market motions and the regional market is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
• Proficiency in French is advantageous for localization tasks, though not mandatory; the role is conducted in English.
