This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more states.
• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies across Italy, Iberia, and Eastern Europe.
• Tailor global campaigns, messaging, and marketing initiatives to meet the needs of regional audiences and customers.
• Collaborate with regional Sales teams to pinpoint target accounts and synchronize marketing efforts with commercial goals.
• Create and execute account-based marketing programs aimed at priority enterprise accounts.
• Organize and manage regional events, including industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer gatherings, and partner activities.
• Implement demand generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Work alongside Growth Marketing, Brand & Communications, and Solutions Marketing on global initiatives.
• Partner with the Partnerships team and local partners on collaborative marketing efforts.
• Establish success metrics for campaigns, events, and ABM programs.
• Leverage performance data to enhance activities and demonstrate commercial impact.
• Provide regional insights and recommendations to refine future marketing and go-to-market strategies.
• A minimum of five years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• Strong, proven experience in developing and implementing account-based marketing programs for enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated success in executing regional marketing initiatives that drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Extensive experience in organizing and delivering high-quality events.
• Ability to seamlessly transition between strategic planning and execution.
• Solid commercial acumen, with experience closely collaborating with Sales teams on target accounts and pipeline goals.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, events, and stakeholders concurrently.
• Experience in measuring marketing performance and utilizing data to optimize campaigns and demonstrate outcomes.
• Capability to foster strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or other relevant regional languages is highly desirable.
