This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
⢠Create and implement regional marketing strategies for CELSIUS®, ALANI NU®, and ROCKSTAR® that align with national goals and local sales targets.
⢠Recognize market opportunities, cultural trends, and activation methods that enhance regional growth.
⢠Develop quarterly activation calendars designed to boost consumer trials, retail conversions, and food service involvement.
⢠Enhance market investments and activation strategies for maximum reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
⢠Collaborate with regional sales teams and distributor partners to address retail priorities, account opportunities, and distribution goals.
⢠Foster food service growth through sampling initiatives, partnerships, and focused activations.
⢠Provide marketing assistance for significant account and market-specific projects.
⢠Oversee regional budgets, forecasting, expenditures, invoices, compliance, and return on investment.
⢠Monitor activation success and adjust investments based on performance analysis.
⢠Aid in product forecasting, inventory management, and resource distribution.
⢠Lead regional activations, sponsorships, sampling initiatives, and experiential programs.
⢠Manage and develop team members, ensuring focus, accountability, and execution excellence.
⢠Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and field resources for uniform execution.
⢠Supervise regional logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, and activation materials.
⢠Track and report performance metrics including reach, sampling volume, engagement efficiency, productivity, activation mix, and retail conversion effects.
⢠Utilize market insights and reporting tools to identify optimization possibilities and share summaries and suggestions.
⢠Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Operations, distributors, community organizations, retail partners, food service operators, and agencies.
⢠Assist in national initiatives and regional priorities using market insights and consumer feedback.
⢠3ā5 years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, regional marketing, or similar roles in CPG, beverage, or food service industries.
⢠Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing programs.
⢠Background in collaborating with sales organizations and distributor networks.
⢠Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically within the assigned region.
⢠Capability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable business results.
⢠Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
⢠Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
⢠Ability to link field marketing efforts to business performance and juggle several priorities in a fast-paced setting.
⢠Self-driven with a keen attention to detail and a sense of accountability.
⢠Valid U.S. Driverās License is required.
⢠Must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening.
⢠Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended times during activations and events.
