Regional Market Executive

📋 Description

• Act as the commercial leader and key representative for Personify Health within the designated market.

• Formulate and implement a detailed market growth strategy that aligns with corporate goals.

• Establish Personify Health's footprint within the local healthcare and benefits sector.

• Create annual market business plans that include measurable growth targets.

• Recognize market trends, competitive activities, and new opportunities.

• Drive consistent net-new revenue through strategic engagement with employers, brokers, consultants, and referral partners.

• Build trusted advisor relationships with regional consultants and brokerage firms.

• Develop strategic account plans for key consulting firms.

• Represent Personify Health at industry conferences, networking events, and market leadership forums.

• Ensure accurate pipeline management, accountability for forecasts, executive opportunity reviews, CRM discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Collaborate with National Account Executives, Strategic Sales Associates, Channel Sales, Product, Operations, Implementation, and Client Success teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of proven experience in healthcare, employee benefits, or TPA sales is required.

• Demonstrated success in selling complex self-funded healthcare solutions.

• A track record of surpassing sales targets in highly consultative sales settings.
