📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key regional stakeholders, including decision-makers, Associations of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KVs), statutory health insurance funds, and medical associations.

• Observe and evaluate regional conditions, such as audit agreements, prescribing targets, and healthcare management initiatives.

• Formulate actionable recommendations for the company based on analysis.

• Independently develop and execute market access projects in close collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales teams.

• Communicate economic, medical-scientific, and indication-specific value propositions to payers and institutions.

• Provide training and support to the field force regarding prescribing eligibility, cost-effectiveness, and regional specifics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector.

• Background in regional market access, regional health policy, or experience with an Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians or health insurance fund.

• Comprehensive understanding of the German statutory health insurance (GKV) system and the connection between Market Access and Sales.

• Strong orientation towards teamwork.

• Enjoyment in networking and engaging with stakeholders.

• High willingness to travel within the region.

• Preferred: Experience in dermatology, immunology, or biologics.

• Preferred: Degree in medicine, natural sciences, business economics, health economics, or a related field.
