This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Supervise multiple locations throughout the West Coast for the Souvenir division.
• Oversee operations, business strategies, and overall performance.
• Inspire and drive District Managers and Operations Managers to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
• Create district strategies and implementation plans aimed at enhancing business outcomes and operational excellence.
• Assess district staffing needs and ensure compliance with hiring and onboarding standards.
• Recruit and train capable District Managers and Operations Managers.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee relations as necessary.
• Conduct regular site visits and review sales activities and reports.
• Submit weekly audits to identify trends and opportunities, implementing plans to ensure successful operations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with venues.
• Collaborate with venue management to ensure smooth and efficient operations focused on guest service and profitability.
• Manage budgeted staff hours, scheduling, timecards, and ensure accurate weekly reporting.
• Engage in weekly team conference calls, providing updates on operations and revenue.
• Respond promptly to business-related calls or emails.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws and regulations.
• Perform all other assigned duties.
• Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit a strong work ethic.
• Be a team player able to work independently while recognizing the significance of leadership.
• Possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate good judgment and the capability to make strong, independent decisions.
• Exhibit flexibility and a willingness to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays if necessary.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week or as required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in retail, tourism, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Daily access to the internet.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of standing for extended periods.
