This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee warehouse racking installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, budget constraints, and project timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service, facilitating project communication, resolving issues, and managing relationships.
• Administer project budgets, forecasts, labor utilization, travel expenses, equipment costs, profitability, and manage change orders effectively.
• Formulate project schedules, coordinate crew availability, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Guide, train, mentor, and cultivate the skills of Project Leads, Foremen, and installation teams.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching and conduct performance reviews, ensuring teams meet company standards.
• Promote safety compliance through site audits, toolbox discussions, OSHA regulations adherence, and implementation of safe work practices.
• Enhance resource allocation which includes manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer stakeholders to guarantee successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators and initiate continuous improvement strategies to boost quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Perform job site walkthroughs, project assessments, customer meetings, and site inspections.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations management, construction management, or industrial installation leadership.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse racking, material handling, industrial construction, or similar installation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining financial performance.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing, coaching, training, and managing field installation teams.
• In-depth knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, labor forecasting, and operational execution.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship management abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing project performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and a commitment to fostering a robust safety culture.
• Readiness and capability to travel extensively within designated regions.
• OSHA 30 or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
