Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational efficiency, financial outcomes, and strategic expansion of a designated hotel portfolio.

• Direct and guide General Managers across the specified properties.

• Establish and uphold company standards, processes, procedures, and operational initiatives.

• Manage the openings of properties both within and outside the portfolio.

• Oversee P&L in relation to budget and optimize profits through effective spending and labor management, cost-cutting measures, and revenue enhancement.

• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at boosting both base and incremental revenue.

• Perform market analysis in the Georgia/South Carolina region and formulate marketing strategies accordingly.

• Work in conjunction with revenue management teams to enhance RevPAR and market share.

• Foster guest satisfaction and loyalty.

• Analyze customer feedback, brand surveys, and online reviews, taking proactive measures for improvement.

• Ensure the excellent physical condition of each hotel asset.

• Inspect regional properties to enforce brand and operational standards.

• Travel frequently throughout the assigned regional portfolio and stay overnight at locations as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently live in Georgia or South Carolina, or be willing to relocate there independently prior to the start date.

• Candidates residing outside of Georgia or South Carolina will not be considered.

• Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Ability to travel extensively across the assigned regional portfolio and stay overnight at locations as required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-site hotel management.

• At least 1 year of experience in creating, implementing, and monitoring corporate initiatives.

• Proven history of high performance in revenue generation through sales and marketing efforts.

• Demonstrated success in controlling and reducing costs.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
