Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational efficiency of several assigned hotels

• Supervise and guide General Managers

• Execute company standards, processes, procedures, and operational strategies

• Foster operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic expansion across the hotel portfolio

• Manage property openings both within and outside the designated portfolio

• Oversee P&L in accordance with budget and optimize both short- and long-term profits through effective spending and labor management, cost reductions, and increased revenues

• Develop and manage sales initiatives to enhance base and additional regional revenue

• Perform area market analysis and create marketing strategies for the Georgia/South Carolina region

• Work alongside revenue management teams to maximize RevPAR and market share

• Enhance guest satisfaction and foster loyalty

• Review customer feedback, brand surveys, and online reviews, taking proactive measures for improvement

• Ensure that each property maintains excellent physical condition

• Inspect regional properties and uphold brand standards, operational policies, and procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in Georgia or South Carolina, or be willing to relocate independently prior to the start date

• Applicants living outside Georgia or South Carolina will not be considered

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regional portfolio and stay overnight as required

• Minimum of 3 years of multi-site hotel management experience

• At least 1 year of experience in creating, executing, and monitoring corporate initiatives

• Proven history of high performance in revenue generation through sales and marketing

• Established record of managing and reducing costs

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
