Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of managing the designated property portfolio, encompassing general administration and maintenance.

• Lead and coordinate personnel and resources to meet the company's financial objectives while ensuring properties are maintained in excellent condition.

• Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with property operating and renovation budgets.

• Assess, create, and revise operating and capital budgets as necessary.

• Review, track, and analyze monthly operating statements while preparing monthly variance and operating summaries.

• Supervise, authorize, and administer contract services, repairs, and supplies.

• Approve expenditures that exceed on-site authority and secure over-budget approvals from the asset manager when necessary.

• Collaborate with the Regional Service Manager and Vice President to ensure capital expenditures are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Assess and implement staffing requirements to optimize net income and enhance resident satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Certification as an Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of management experience is required.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite.

• In-depth understanding and application of Fair Housing principles.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
