This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Supervise various locations throughout the West Coast region for the Souvenir division.
• Direct regional operations, business strategies, and overall performance metrics.
• Inspire and guide District Managers and Operations Managers to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Create district strategies and implementation plans that align with regional and company objectives.
• Assess district-wide staffing needs and ensure compliance with hiring and onboarding standards.
• Source and train competent District Managers and Operations Managers.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee relations as necessary.
• Carry out regular site visits and evaluate sales activities and reports.
• Submit weekly audits to pinpoint trends and opportunities, and execute operational improvement plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with venues across all locations.
• Collaborate with venue management to promote efficient operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Manage budgeted staff hours, scheduling, timecards, and ensure precise weekly reporting.
• Engage in weekly team conference calls to provide operational and revenue updates.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Be a team player capable of independent work and understand the nuances of leadership.
• Exhibit excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and the capability to make strong, independent decisions.
• Show flexibility and readiness to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays if necessary.
• Available to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week or as needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• At least 3–5 years of management experience in retail, tourism, or a related sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Daily access to the internet.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
