Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise various locations throughout the West Coast for the Souvenir division

• Manage operations, business strategies, and overall performance metrics

• Inspire and guide District Managers and Operations Managers to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service

• Formulate district strategies and implementation plans to enhance business outcomes and operational excellence

• Assess district-wide staffing needs and ensure compliance with hiring and onboarding standards

• Recruit and train competent District Managers and Operations Managers

• Conduct routine site visits, evaluate sales activities and reports, and submit weekly audits

• Build and maintain positive relationships with venue partners

• Collaborate with venue management to facilitate efficient operations, guest service, and profitability

• Oversee budgeted staff hours, scheduling, timecards, and ensure precise weekly reporting

• Participate in weekly team conference calls and provide updates on operational and revenue performance

• Respond promptly to business-related calls and emails

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Capacity to exercise sound judgment and make independent, strong decisions

• Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to travel, including overnight stays if necessary

• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week or as required

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• A minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in retail, tourism, or a similar field

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Daily internet access is required

• Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Must adhere to company policies and procedures as well as state and federal laws and regulations
