
Regional Learning Manager – Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive training process across all fulfillment sites within the region, encompassing onboarding, cross-training, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with site and operations leaders to identify performance deficiencies and create targeted learning initiatives.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, provide train-the-trainer certifications, and offer coaching at the floor level.
• Oversee training completion, certification progress, and skill proficiency; proactively address any potential risks.
• Adapt and implement corporate training materials that cover safety, equipment operation, WMS/systems training, and quality standards.
• Identify gaps in content and either create or revise SOPs, job aids, e-learning modules, and videos.
• Ensure uniform training standards throughout the region while permitting flexibility at the site level.
• Monitor time-to-proficiency, completion rates, safety correlations, and the impact on turnover/retention.
• Leverage performance data to prioritize support needs for sites and roles.
• Present regional training metrics to L&D leadership and operational stakeholders.
• Recruit, mentor, and certify site-level trainers and training leaders.
• Enhance the coaching and training skills of frontline leaders.
• Assist in the launch of new sites, peak-season ramp-ups, and the rollout of processes/systems.
• Meet target training completion and certification rates, minimize new-hire time-to-proficiency, build a bench of certified trainers, and align training initiatives with safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in learning and development, training, or operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Capability to design and deliver training programs across various sites or shifts.
• Excellent partnership and communication abilities with cross-functional teams and diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation skills for frontline associates and site leadership.
• Proficient in utilizing training and performance data for decision-making and storytelling to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region, typically 40–60% of the time.
• Experience with LMS platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS systems and fulfillment/logistics operations is preferred.
• Instructional design experience is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is a plus, depending on the site footprint.
• Background in Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
