Regional Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage precise and prompt invoicing for intricate regional projects or clients.

• Implement accounting principles, practices, systems, and procedures associated with invoicing and revenue recognition.

• Assist Corporate and Operational Finance teams with elevated invoicing and reporting tasks.

• Oversee the workload of the Regional Finance Team and allocate special projects.

• Examine project contracts and convey how contractual terms affect project financials.

• Ensure proper revenue recognition documentation with Project Management and other departments.

• Address invoicing-status inquiries from operations and other departments.

• Conduct quality assurance audits and maintain quality control over invoicing and collections.

• Offer internal and external client support via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

• Execute data analysis and engage in management meetings.

• Involve in billing application and system testing.

• Develop training materials and instruct staff.

• Contribute to Operations Accounting projects, ERP enhancements, and other ad hoc initiatives.

• Aid in procurement processes, supplier onboarding, and credit card reconciliation.

• Assist in the adoption of Pricing Tools for quote and project development.

• Adhere to safety protocols and uphold project quality standards.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in the field, or alternatively, a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• Proficient in critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and technical skills.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Capable of providing leadership and mentoring.

• Adaptable and flexible to evolving workflow and business requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation record may be required.
