Regional Field Support Manager – Veterinary Diagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor Field Support Representatives to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

• Foster team development and provide continuous coaching to enhance performance.

• Collaborate with field partners to pinpoint opportunities and steer the region towards a shared objective.

• Execute strategies aimed at achieving quarterly commercial targets.

• Organize resources and assist employees in territory management to promote customer loyalty and growth.

• Champion the needs of both internal and external customers while facilitating strong relationship-building.

• Uphold and exemplify the IDEXX Purpose & Guiding Principles.

• Participate in crafting operating policies and procedures.

• Assess current procedures and implement enhancements based on business requirements.

• Cultivate relationships between field partners and Field Support Representatives.

• Serve as a liaison to foster robust collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, ideally in managing remote field service teams.

• Proficiency in collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Strong skills in influencing, planning, and coordinating.

• Excellent customer service abilities, including identifying and addressing customer needs.

• Background in customer interactions and sustaining positive customer relationships.

• Robust management capabilities.

• Competence in providing developmental feedback in a coaching setting.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize effectively.

• Natural communication style with an inspiring approach to teamwork.

• Aptitude for building rapport with others.
