Regional Field Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Manage the installation, upkeep, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of dental, radiography, and related equipment for customers in the region.

• Ensure adherence to customer specifications and company standards.

• Guarantee that all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe and budget.

• Assist, mentor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of regional service and installation technicians.

• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet regional labor sales objectives.

• Ensure that Service Technicians comply with time and attendance reporting protocols.

• Confirm that technician PTO aligns with assigned duties.

• Hold Service Technicians accountable for their designated responsibilities.

• Organize and conduct regular meetings with regional staff.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate Degree in Business or BioMed Technology.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a service-related field.

• Prior experience in a management role.

• Outstanding time management skills.

• A professional and positive demeanor.

• Experience with computers and networking.

• Excellent customer service, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in presenting and negotiating.

• Field repair experience in a dental or medical setting.

• Capability to frequently walk, bend, kneel, squat, sit, stand, reach, and twist.

• Ability to regularly lift, lower, carry, push, or pull between 1 to 55 pounds and occasionally between 56 to 100 pounds.

• Routine pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity using hands, arms, and shoulders.

• Ability to work in confined spaces.

• Frequent daily travel to customer locations.

• Occasional use of power tools.
