Regional Field Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of dental, radiography, and related equipment for Benco clients.

• Ensure adherence to customer specifications and company standards.

• Guarantee that tasks are completed punctually and within budget constraints.

• Assist, mentor, assess, and enhance the performance of regional service/installation technicians.

• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to meet regional labor sales objectives.

• Ensure that Service Technicians comply with time and attendance reporting protocols, and that their PTO aligns with assigned duties.

• Hold Service Technicians accountable for fulfilling their responsibilities.

• Organize and lead regularly scheduled meetings with regional staff.

• Maintain high levels of customer service satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business or BioMed Technology.

• 5 years of experience in a service-related field.

• Prior management experience.

• Proficiency in computer and networking technologies.

• Experience in field repair within a dental or medical setting.

• Outstanding time management skills.

• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

• Strong customer service, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in presenting and negotiating.

• Capability to perform routine activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting.

• Ability to frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, and occasionally from 56 to 100 pounds.

• Proficient in routine pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity.

• Ability to work in confined spaces.

• Frequent travel to customer locations.

• Occasional use of power tools.
