Regional Director of Sales, Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and execute regional sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with community leadership teams to formulate and implement local sales and marketing initiatives that drive occupancy and revenue growth.

• Provide training and mentorship to community sales teams to enhance sales techniques and achieve or surpass targets.

• Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor actions, identifying opportunities and challenges to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Partner with the corporate marketing team to design and uphold marketing materials and ensure consistent branding across communities.

• Represent Navion Senior Living at industry trade shows, events, and various marketing functions.

• Maintain precise sales and marketing metrics and reports for senior management review.

• Oversee and guide sales and marketing efforts for multiple senior living communities across North and South Carolina.

• Frequent travel within the region is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in senior living sales and marketing, including managerial roles.

• In-depth understanding of the senior living industry and current market trends.

• Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and increasing revenue.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.

• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally nationally for business meetings, trade shows, and events.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
