This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Promote and sell pharmacy services to regional I/DD and ICF communities within the assigned territory.
• Achieve and surpass regional sales targets and quotas.
• Build and sustain a comprehensive understanding of I/DD and ICF prospects and contacts in the designated area.
• Collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer and leadership team to assess and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Deliver in-person and virtual presentations to potential clients.
• Discover new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, market data, CRM, and through communication with I/DD and ICF communities and agencies.
• Create a strategic territory plan that includes the prioritization and targeting of prospects, tradeshows, State Associations, networking, and other marketing activities.
• Engage in local, state, and national trade shows and other marketing activities as required.
• Accurately complete sales updates, tracking, and reporting in a timely manner.
• Record sales activities in the company’s CRM software.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams as necessary.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in a healthcare sales role or 5 years of relevant operational experience.
• Background as a Nurse, Pharmacist, Executive Director, Residential Director, or similar relevant licensure or experience is advantageous.
• Candidates with previous IDD pharmacy experience or those who have sold other products, services, and/or software are strongly preferred.
• Capability to work remotely in NY throughout the year.
• Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) such as HubSpot or SalesForce.
• Proven track record of success in remote work environments.
• Experience in attending and promoting services at tradeshows and other events.
• Required proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and WORD.
• Strong results orientation, adaptability, knowledge of sales processes, and understanding of products/services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizing abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed, averaging 6 to 8 nights per month.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident; sponsorship is not available.
