This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Promote and sell pharmacy services to regional communities focused on I/DD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) and ICF (Intermediate Care Facilities) within the assigned territory.
• Achieve and surpass regional sales targets and quotas.
• Build and sustain a robust understanding of I/DD and ICF prospects and contacts within your designated area.
• Collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer and team leadership to assess and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Deliver both “in-person” and “virtual” presentations to potential clients in your designated territory.
• Demonstrated experience presenting via platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and/or RingCentral.
• Discover new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, market analysis, CRM usage, and effective communication (both verbal and written) with I/DD and ICF communities and agencies in the assigned territory.
• Create a strategic territory plan that prioritizes and targets potential prospects, coordinating with tradeshows, State Associations, networking, and other marketing efforts.
• Participate in local, state, and national trade shows and other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Provide timely and accurate sales updates, tracking, and reporting.
• Document sales activities in the Company CRM software.
• Collaborate with other pharmacy departments as required, including but not limited to Operations, Finance, and the Leadership team.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in a healthcare-related sales role or 5 years of relevant operational experience.
• Experience as a Nurse, Pharmacist, Executive Director, Residential Director, or similar licensure or job experience is advantageous.
• Candidates with previous IDD pharmacy experience or experience in selling other products, services, and/or software are strongly preferred.
• Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proven track record of success while working remotely.
• Experience in attending and promoting services at tradeshows and other events.
• Required proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong focus on results, adaptability, familiarity with sales process methods, and product/service knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, averaging 6 to 8 nights per month.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; sponsorship is not available.
