This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

• Assist in eliminating barriers to the initiation and continuation of therapy.
• Collaborate with field and headquarters colleagues to ensure aligned, customer-focused, and compliant execution.
• Anticipate, escalate, and assist in resolving access-related issues within a matrixed environment.
• Establish regional partnerships that promote operational excellence and enhance outcomes for patients and customers.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, industry regulations, and compliance obligations.
• Contribute to regional and enterprise-wide initiatives that align with organizational priorities and business performance.
• Drive and/or fly within the designated territory.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• 8+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, contract strategy, managed care, sales, marketing, or a related role within the healthcare sector.
• Proven leadership experience, including the ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while collaborating across diverse stakeholders and functions.
• Experience working with complex healthcare organizations, integrated delivery networks, and health systems to establish and optimize patient access pathways.
• Strong strategic account management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs, including specialty pharmacy distribution, buy-and-bill processes, reimbursement, billing and coding, and claims management.
• Demonstrated success in driving business initiatives, navigating change, and executing strategic plans.
• Candidates must reside within the region or within a reasonable commuting distance to a metropolitan airport.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% across a broad geography, with the ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
• A fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required.
• Experience in supporting specialty therapeutic areas and navigating complex practice environments is desirable.
• Strengths in patient support services, market access, cross-functional collaboration, launch readiness and execution, communication, presentation, and relationship-building are desirable.
• Ability to successfully complete initial training, which includes home study of eight (8) or fewer hours per day and forty (40) or fewer hours per week.
