
Regional Director, Clinical Sales – Northeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide leadership in sales management for the clinical sales team in the Northeast region.
• Recruit, retain, develop, coach, and oversee clinical sales talent.
• Direct the CAM team across both existing and newly established install-base locations.
• Initiate and expand clinical programs while driving commercial success.
• Meet objectives for treatment volume, regional utilization, and year-over-year account growth.
• Generate recurring revenue from services and disposables.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Clinical Applications teams on utilization initiatives.
• Guide the team on outreach strategies, account management workflows, patient intake, and treatment efficiencies.
• Utilize hospital metrics to showcase growth from focused ultrasound initiatives.
• Analyze and report on regional performance KPIs and leading indicators such as SDR.
• Ensure program performance is in line with business priorities and implementation plans.
• Develop targeted strategies for building a neurology referral network.
• Influence cross-functional teams and assist in defining and executing utilization business priorities.
• Represent Insightec and mentor the team in customer-facing scenarios.
• Concentrate on Insightec's brain applications and neurosurgery.
• Bachelor of Science in business, marketing, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Over 10 years of overall experience, including overlapping roles.
• 7-10+ years of experience managing a regional team.
• More than 10 years of experience building relationships at various customer levels while representing a highly technical product.
• At least 5 years in a startup or early-stage commercial environment.
• Over 5 years of experience implementing a novel product and increasing procedure volume in new accounts or markets by influencing clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• More than 5 years in a clinical or capital sales role directly responsible for procedure quotas, recurring revenues, or capital revenues.
• Proven experience in medical device sales with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or market development that drives program growth.
• Strong business acumen and a process-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and lead individuals.
• Capability to build relationships and influence both internally and externally.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and quickly earn trust and credibility as a leader.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing creative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Driven, self-motivated, accountable, and reliable.
