
Regional Director – Bar Review

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop a business plan tailored to the territory to enhance engagement and achieve objectives for the Company's brand and products.
• Support field-related bar review engagement initiatives, including focus groups, feedback sessions, Company events, school visits, industry conferences, and other external opportunities.
• Generate assigned content that fosters academic success and bar exam preparedness.
• Build and sustain direct relationships with member schools, faculty, administrators, students, student organizations, and related entities.
• Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, workshops, webinars, emails, and other forms of written communication.
• Act as a Company ambassador at industry conferences, tradeshows, and designated events.
• Recruit, train, and provide support to student ambassadors.
• Offer direct assistance and mentorship to student users of the bar review program.
• Maintain records in the contact management system, including contact details, event tracking, and campaign involvement.
• Keep abreast of Company products and services and their applications for diverse audiences.
• Suggest new services and products that benefit member schools, students, and recent alumni.
• Play a role in the development and quality assurance of new products, services, and communications.
• Sustain a social media presence for promotion, lead generation, and nurturing, in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Keep the National Director informed of any significant issues.
• Collaborate with bar review program engagement and strategic engagement teams to achieve both individual and collective goals.
• Provide updates and insights regarding law school bar-pass efforts, competitor activities, and relevant industry information.
• Commit to at least 40 hours of work per week, with early mornings, evenings, and weekends expected.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in education, relationship-building, or a sales-related field is required.
• Strong grasp of sales and relationship cultivation.
• Solid understanding of product development and delivery processes.
• Familiarity with brand building strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the bar exam process, including its components and strategies for success.
• Capability to initiate, advocate for, and successfully execute new products.
• Understanding of higher education policies and issues, especially within law and professional school contexts.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, presentation, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in computer applications, including web-based tools, CRM systems (particularly Salesforce), and online collaboration platforms.
• Experience in conducting in-person, phone, and online client meetings and presentations.
• A genuine passion and enthusiasm for legal education and promoting student success.
• Proven excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work effectively from a home office, on campus, or while traveling.
• Preferred: familiarity with bar review programs and school-related bar success initiatives.
• Preferred: understanding of student engagement and programming best practices.
• Preferred: experience in the legal education industry.
• Preferred: knowledge of event planning, coordination, and conference vending.
