This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and enhance the designated territory while boosting engagement and sales.
• Formulate a territory-specific business strategy aimed at achieving anticipated objectives with company brands and products.
• Assist in bar review engagement initiatives, including conducting focus groups and gathering feedback from students and educational institutions.
• Engage in company events, school visits, industry conferences, tradeshows, and various external opportunities.
• Generate content aimed at supporting academic achievement and bar success.
• Establish and nurture relationships with member schools, faculty, administrators, students, student organizations, and related entities.
• Execute in-person visits, phone communications, workshops, webinars, emails, and written correspondence.
• Act as a company representative at industry conferences, tradeshows, and designated events.
• Recruit, train, and provide support to student ambassadors.
• Offer direct assistance and mentoring to student users of the bar review program.
• Maintain CMS records, contact details, event documentation, and participation in campaigns.
• Stay informed about company products and services, recommending their use to various audiences.
• Evaluate and suggest new services and products for member schools, students, and recent graduates.
• Contribute to the development and quality assurance of new products, services, and communications.
• Manage social media presence for promotion, lead generation, and nurturing in conjunction with marketing efforts.
• Keep the National Director updated on critical issues.
• Collaborate with teams focusing on bar review program engagement and strategic engagement initiatives.
• Provide updates and insights regarding law school bar pass efforts, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is mandatory.
• Bar license is required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, relationship-building, or a sales-related field.
• Experience in a legal education setting is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of sales and relationship development is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of product development and delivery processes.
• Familiarity with brand building strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the bar exam process, its components, and success strategies.
• Ability to initiate, advocate for, and successfully implement new products.
• Proficient in understanding higher education policies and issues, especially in law schools and professional school environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to provide and accept constructive feedback.
• Proficient in computer applications, including web-based tools, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and online collaboration platforms.
• Experience in conducting in-person, phone, and online client meetings and presentations.
• Passion and enthusiasm for legal education and fostering student success.
• Proven excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Capability to work effectively from a home office, on a campus, or while traveling.
• Familiarity with bar review programs and initiatives related to bar success in schools is preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices in student engagement and programming is preferred.
• Experience in the legal education sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with event planning and conference vending is preferred.
• Availability for early morning, evening, and weekend hours is expected.
