This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Supervise seamless operations, company objectives, growth, and the satisfaction of both employees and clients within a specified geographic area.
• Develop expertise in client management, caregiver recruitment and development, staffing operations, human resources, client acquisition, lead intake, client care management, and referral marketing.
• Ensure the provision of efficient, effective, and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead a team of General Managers.
• Foster relationships with key partners to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Enhance client satisfaction and retention through process management, site visits, reassessments, communication with families and Power of Attorneys, and direct client engagement.
• Oversee the daily operations of the region, addressing facilities issues, emergencies, office space management, and liaising with property managers.
• Maintain the integrity of processes and documentation while conducting regular audits.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team to create strategic plans, roadmaps, and objectives.
• Ensure that locations meet targets for client acquisition, referral marketing, lead conversion, retention, profit margins, and caregiver recruitment and retention.
• Recruit, train, develop, assess, mentor, and retain members of the regional team.
• Analyze competitors and local industry professionals to identify high-potential talent.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is preferred; relevant professional experience may be accepted as a substitute.
• Five to ten years of experience in operations, ideally within health care, elder care, social work, or a related field.
• Strong experience in people management.
• Exceptional customer service and supervisory capabilities.
• Proficient in computer usage with the ability to document timely and accurate notes related to client visits.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Capability to lift and carry weights of up to 15-20 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Possess emotional intelligence, leadership presence, managerial courage, accountability, relationship-building skills, effective communication, organizational agility, compassion, and the ability to manage stress and challenges.
