This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Recruit and engage volunteers effectively.
• Organize and support NWTF committees and fundraising events/activities within the designated region.
• Enhance fundraising opportunities through volunteer recruitment and personal leadership initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to NWTF operating and reporting protocols.
• Maintain precise volunteer and chapter contact details in the NWTF database.
• Regularly communicate with field operations, headquarters, conservation, development, policy, chapter, volunteer, and state board stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the State Chapter President, state agencies, and NWTF staff to cultivate a robust State Chapter and State Super Fund.
• Represent NWTF and advocate its mission and initiatives to members, local communities, via social media, and other organizations.
• Submit all required documents, expenses, reports, event evaluations, and final event reports punctually.
• Achieve year-over-year growth in event net revenue, adult membership, and new chapter development while ensuring a minimum event net efficiency of 50%.
• Secure, protect, maintain, and manage NWTF equipment and property.
• Uphold professional communication, behavior, and appearance standards.
• Meet annual fundraising and controllable expense targets.
• Maintain and expand a diverse regional fundraising portfolio, which includes at least one annual fundraising event per chapter, virtual fundraising initiatives, and upper-level membership commitments.
• Attend the annual NWTF Convention, regional meetings, and necessary training opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must reside within the designated area of responsibility.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Must be capable of maintaining a revenue net between $200,000 and $350,000.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds as needed.
