Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop regional schedules by coordinating labor, partner crews, and customer availability.

• Authorize high-risk work permits and access arrangements, and confirm the availability of tools and test equipment.

• Maintain the integrity of mobile app/CMMS for tasks—ensuring accurate status updates, timestamps, and evidence attachments.

• Manage the replenishment schedule for spare parts with buyers and expedite the acquisition of critical components.

• Lead regional diagnostic and commissioning initiatives and translate findings into corrective work orders.

• Evaluate workmanship, including cable routing, labeling, mounting, and measurement documentation.

• Mentor site leaders on contractor oversight, clarity of scope, and acceptance criteria.

• Address vendor performance issues through action plans or reallocation strategies.

• Create regional cutover playbooks and designate roles for swift restoration efforts.

• Distribute weekly progress reports and eliminate obstacles to project advancement.
