Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Drive the growth of new members in Greenwich by sourcing introductions, engaging in membership discussions, and guiding prospects through references and invitations.

• Take ownership of the onboarding process to ensure new members quickly utilize the platform, attend events, and connect with fellow members.

• Guarantee that members receive value through relevant deals, events, and significant introductions.

• Conduct scheduled quarterly discussions with each recruited member.

• Collaborate with the investment team to align members with appropriate deals.

• Identify themes for events, curate attendee lists, and host dinners and larger gatherings in the market.

• Document every conversation in HubSpot and record each call using Gong.

• Cultivate the 3i community within the Greenwich market and become familiar with members by name.

• Report directly to the Executive Director for the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with a quota.

• Familiarity with sophisticated buyers is beneficial, though not mandatory.

• Comfortable in soliciting introductions from members and inviting prospective members to join.

• Open to receiving coaching, participating in call reviews, and accepting direct weekly feedback.

• Self-motivated and capable of working proactively without explicit direction.

• Inquisitive nature, attentive note-taking, and ability to ask insightful follow-up questions.

• Credibility with accomplished individuals; a strong executive presence is essential.

• Capable of acting with urgency and maintaining a high standard of work.

• Proficient in using HubSpot and Gong for logging and recording conversations consistently.
