This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Direct the 'what and when' initiatives of regional team members to ensure Lely Centers meet sales and service objectives, enhance adoption and market share, and fulfill budgeted KPI performance and business outcomes.

• Collaborate with Support Service Management and Marketing on the 'who and how,' while aligning with Proposition Management and the North America Sales Manager on the 'what and when.'

• Ensure effective communication and execution of strategies, fostering a unified commitment to achieving targeted results.

• Present a cohesive narrative from various propositions to Lely Centers to establish a balanced Lely portfolio.

• Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with Proposition Managers.

• Oversee the creation of business plans and strategies aimed at market-share expansion, enhancing dealers' financial returns, improving customer experience, and increasing penetration.

• Meet with Lely Centers to discuss budgets, 5-year plans, and KPIs.

• Implement the “review, plan, forecast” development model within the regional team.

• Empower Lely Center Dealers by evaluating business processes, systems, and employee management, identifying opportunities for improvement or optimization.

• Streamline time spent on special requests from Lely International and assess how and when to collaborate for business advancement and overall impact.

• Maintain manufacturer-Lely Center business relationships, including agreement renewals, enforcement, termination, and negotiations.

• Travel up to 45% domestically and/or internationally by car or plane.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business management.

• MBA preferred.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Bilingual capabilities considered an asset (French/English).

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, PC networking, Outlook, and Presentation Software.

• Strong technical and market understanding with a solid commercial focus.

• Extensive experience in developing and executing business plans and strategies.

• Ability to connect with individuals and foster positive interpersonal relationships.

• Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with the capacity to communicate effectively and timely, actively listen, and resolve problems with peers, management, and other stakeholders.

• Approachable, positive, resourceful, ambitious, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
